Good design is nothing unless it is delivered in a way that clients understand. We deliver our services visually to make certain that you understand our design proposals and that you participate fully in the design conversation throughout the entire process. We understand that sometimes our clients have many different stakeholders. We are experienced in successfully leading diverse constituencies through complex decisions and approval processes.

We will document your site and/or existing building; we will produce a review of your program, of your budget, of local zoning and of state code; we will provide design drawings, construction documents, and bidding documents; we will oversee the bidding and negotiating and we will provide a contract for construction for you and your chosen GC; and we will provide contract administration right up to and including the final punch list, commissioning your project, and seeing you move in to your new space.

Projects are almost always time sensitive. We understand what it means to be deadline driven. We have the staff and the resources to meet ambitious schedules without compromising design.
